IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to present a copy of the first page of this voucher printed on A4 sheet at boarding. In the absence of the printed copy, boarding will be denied.
Landing tax * The current ordinance issued by the Municipality of Lipari establishes that each passenger not resident in the municipality of Lipari or Milazzo is required to pay € 2.50 in the periods January-May and October-December; in the period from June to September the contribution amounts to € 5.00 per person.
Information for passengers
- All passengers are required to show up for boarding at least 30 minutes before departure
- 15 minutes in advance will be required for the ports of intermediate stopovers for passengers who purchase the day ticket which includes stopovers in several islands.
- Departures may be subject to variations according to weather conditions, as well as visits from the sea and circumnavigations of the islands, will be subject to the discretion of the Captain.
Failure to show up for boarding
Failure to show up for boarding within the time described in the previous point and in any case within the departure time does not entitle you to any refund.
All timetables will be confirmed by the staff in charge at the sales points and ticket offices and on board by the Captain via the intercom network or through the staff in charge. If in doubt, contact the offices or consult a crew member before leaving the ship. The Company reserves the right to make changes to programs and / or schedules in the event of any unfavorable weather and sea conditions, force majeure, technical-operational needs, directives of the competent local authorities.
The Company reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time before the start, pursuant to Law N ° 1084 of 12/27/1997, with no other obligation than to return the sums paid.
In the event of a partial connection or a trip, the Company will reimburse only the part of the ticket calculated in proportion to the stretch not traveled. (Art. 406 Nav. Code)
Waiver by the customer
In the event of a customer renouncement, the Company is still entitled to the collection of 25% of the amount calculated relating to the booking as a penalty and possibly, in the event of an advance payment, will refund the customer 75% of the amount collected with the issuance of the respective credit note, only in the case of cancellations received 48 hours before the start of the trip. In the event of cancellations received after the aforementioned deadline, the customer must pay the full amount relating to the reservation made and will receive the respective invoice issued by the Company.
Tickets purchased on offer are non-refundable and / or combinable with other offers and / or discounts.
Refunds will be made exclusively by the agency or ticket office that issued each ticket.
Navigation routes and routes
All navigation routes and the respective routes will be carried out according to the regulations and safety measures provided. The same are always subject to the authorizations of the competent Authorities and to: technical-operational needs, weather and sea conditions, causes of force majeure, unquestionably judged by the Captain of the ship and the Company. Any partial performance of the service for the aforementioned causes does not entitle the Company to reimbursement.
The ticket is nominative
It cannot be transferred without the prior consent of the Company and is valid only for the departure indicated on it, the passenger without a ticket or with a non-compliant ticket (by type or rate applied) will be required to pay the double amount of the fare for the entire route.
It is absolutely forbidden
To carry dangerous goods of any type and kind on board, transgressors will be reported to the competent authorities;
The Company is only responsible for any material damage to things and / or people caused directly by it, except in cases of force majeure and / or natural events.
The Company declines any responsibility for damage to property and / or persons transported on board its units deriving from events not immediately reported to the on-board Command or caused by any carelessness / non-compliance of customers / passengers.
However, the customer / passenger is always responsible for his own actions on board and assumes his own responsibilities. Any liability of the Company is protected by means of an insurance policy.
The passenger has the right
To carry only one hand baggage with a total weight not exceeding 10 kg. For excesses, a ticket of the same amount must be paid to the current rates.
Boarding of pets
The boarding of pets on board is allowed only if placed in cages or baskets by the owner passenger who is responsible for any damage caused by the animal to property and people.
Publicity of the general conditions
These conditions are published on the official website of the Company (www.eolianshippingcruises.com), and displayed in the direct ticket offices and at the Command on board of the Motorboats owned by the Company.
The purchase of the ticket: the purchase of the ticket is final proof of the passenger having read and contextually full acceptance of the Terms of the Travel Conditions of the Company.
Personal data and privacy
by purchasing the ticket, each passenger declares to give their consent to the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003. The personal data acquired will be used by the Company, also with the aid of electronic and / or automated means, exclusively to satisfy the passengers' requests for information, for urgent communications and / or promotional campaigns. The provision of data is optional; failure to provide the data and consent to their processing will make it impossible to respond to the Company's request for information. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, each passenger has the right to access their data at any time, requesting their correction, integration, cancellation or any prohibition of use.
For anything not expressly described: reference is made exclusively to the Italian National Law and the Navigation Code.
Reservations and Payments
Payments can be made via PayPal account, credit card, bank transfer. Tickets can be purchased online H24 up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure or subject to availability of seats.
N.B: Tickets purchased with basic fare can be returned within 4 hours of departure. Tickets purchased with a Last Minute offer will not be refundable.
